AND MOST OF ALL LESS EXPENSIVE THAN MOST ANYPLACE.

Renovated Town House located in the Big Boulder Resort. This house can also be rented combined with one or both of the two units next to it (which we also own). House is just a few minutes walk to the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. Wonderful town house with 3 bedrooms, loft living room, and 2 full bathrooms, hot tub, jacuzzi bath tub, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, wood burning fireplace, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want. House is second unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses,

In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible if the rental begins or ends on a Friday. Rates depends on when you want to rent and how long.

Linens and towels are not provided, but you can rent them locally for not much money (see below for pricing) and delivery and pick up is free.
