Welcome to the Sunset Lake Lodge, our lakefront home on Lake Harmony! Amenities include a hot tub, massive 1350 sqft game room with games such as Fast & Furious driving arcade, Pandora’s box 3,000 game arcade, shuffleboard, skee ball, ping pong, and pop-a-shot basketball. The game room also has a section with exercise equipment including a treadmill, stairmaster, and weight system, sauna, and an 85′ TV. Upstairs, there is a pool table room with a bar and TV, and the house also has a card table, roulette, texas holdem, and PS4. 

Layout of the House:

When you walk in the front door, to your left is the most modern kitchen, with upscale appliances and marble countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need to prepare great meals for your family and friends. It is open to the dining area, so everyone can gather, eat, drink and relax in one place. The dining area next to the downstairs kitchen overlooks the lake and leads to the outside deck area. Walk out to the porch area with seating, and gaze your eyes on the lake and the several seating and eating areas. On the decks is also a high end Napoleon grill for bbq. 

Back inside, past the kitchen, is the entrance to the game room described above. Next to the kitchen is also the downstairs queen bedroom and large bathroom. Next to the first floor dining area is a living room/bedroom suite area with a fireplace, smart tv and windows overlooking the lake.

On the second floor you will find the pool table room with a bar and PacMan arcade, smart tv and fireplace. Walk from this room into the living room with a sectional couch facing the large LG smart TV. There is also a card table, roulette, texas holdem table, fireplace, dining table and second kitchen, fully equipped to prepare meals and drinks. Behind the living room is a bedroom with a queen bed.

On the 2nd level of the house you will also find the master bedroom with french doors leading to a porch area overlooking the lake, with a jacuzzi hot tub in the room, king bed with windows overlooking the lake on one side, and a fireplace and tv on the other side. Walk into the extremely large bathroom with two shower heads and two sinks, and store all your clothes in the large walk in closet.

Down the hall are two more bedrooms, one with one queen and a high end bunk bed with a full size bed on top and bottom, and another room with one queen. Across from the bedrooms is another large full bathroom with the washer and dryer and pull down ironing board and iron.

From this level go up the steps to the 3rd level where you will find a large dorm style room with 7 twin beds, a large smart tv and PS4. There is also a full bathroom on this level. Perfect to send young people or those who want to escape from the rest. 

The house is close to the Ski areas of Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock and Kalahari Resorts, Pocono Race Track and Crossing Outlet Mall. Local activities include skiing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and fishing. Additional activities can be found in the “Area Information” tab. The house is simply breathtaking and you will not find anything like it in the area.

Linens and Towels: 

They are not included, but you can rent them locally for a reasonable cost (see below in pricing section) and delivery and pick up is included.

House has AC, a gas grill and outdoor seating areas If you plan on fishing on the lake you must get a fishing permit! House has 4 gas fireplaces. .Queen air mattress that can be put in several areas.
